We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped so everyone can get the individual attention they need. We don't offer drop in sessions but each class is available for booking all year round. All classes are billed on a monthly basis. Contact us to get started.
HIIT
Monday
6pm-6.30pm
This is our 30min HIIT class that will give you BIG bang for your buck, hence, is a great way to get the weekend out of your system and start a fresh week! Interested? Contact us
Gym Circuit
Wednesday
6pm-6.30pm
This is our full body fitness class. Covers all the basis with some cardio work, strength and some high intensity intervals. Great all rounder.

Join us is the great outdoors where we combine free weights with squats, lunges, and high-interval exercises. This Bootcamp isn't your typical class. It's fun, full of friendly people and will encourage you to build strength according to your own body type and goals. If you want to feel fitter, stronger & tone your whole body. Strength Class

7am - 7.30am
This is our NEW Strength Class that has 1 focus and that’s to make you stronger! We’ll be working through a lot of exercises and techniques over 6-8wk blocks, which will enable us to get the best gains we can for you! Limited to just 6 people per class helps us be as specific as possible to the groups needs.
